These days you cannot afford to use easy to guess passwords for your sensitive information! I personally started using the same password for all sites. I then realised how futile it would be if someone found my magic password, and they would have access to all my personal information. I then started using a text file to save my passwords, and I used more difficult passwords and different passwords for every site. It was still a lot of hassles to find the password for every site. Then I read about AI Robofom which stores all your online (and offline) passwords and you only need to remeber a single master password to access your complete password list. I was very excited and installed it right away. I must say that I was very impressed. Not only does it remember my passwords for me, it also fills in fthe forms for me, so I do not have to copy and paste the passwords anymore. AI Roboform also have what it calls "Identities" where I can store all my personal information such as my address, credit card number, etc. Whenever I have to complete a form, I simply let Roboform fill it in for me. Then I just select the last few options that are specific to the site I am visiting, and voila. Within about 10 seconds I have completed a form which would normally take me at least 2 minutes. Another thing that I personally like about Roboform is that the software stores my passcards (encrypted password files) on a USB flash disk (a removable disc drive) so I can take it anywhere I want. When I leave from work in the afternoon, I know that no-one can access my personal information, since I have it with me. I truly cannot live without this program today. I have about 90 passwords stored in my profile, and these passwords are very hard to remember (for example I use passwords that look like this for security reasons: 2B3vu@DRS7$Gyo ) If you want vey good security for your passwords, and also never forget your passwords again, I highly recommend AI Roboform.
